u365 Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between u365 ("Company", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "member"). By using the u365.lat website, accessing any service, or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

u365 is an online entertainment platform designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. It is your responsibility to read these Terms in full before using our services. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

2. Definitions

Below are the meanings of key terms used in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The u365.lat website and all services connected to it.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on u365.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or rewards granted by u365.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum bet amount that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "VIP" — The platform's special loyalty programme — Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.
• "Payment Method" — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

3. Account Registration & Use

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on u365, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You may open only one account in your own name.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

3.2 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing false or misleading information in an account is strictly prohibited. u365 may request documents to verify identity at any time. We reserve the right to suspend an account if verification fails.

4. Age Verification & Protection of Minors

u365 is an adult entertainment platform. This service is for persons aged 21 and above only.

We encourage parents and guardians to monitor the online activity of their minor children and recommend the use of parental control software where appropriate.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Deposit

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on u365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

5.2 Withdrawal

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• u365 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

5.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We do not provide any foreign currency conversion service.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has its own terms, which will be described in detail on the promotion page.
• A member may claim each promotion once only.
• Participation in bonus programmes is optional. There is also an option to decline a bonus.
• If u365 suspects any misuse of a bonus, it reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• u365 may modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Rules

u365 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as casino games including slots, live casino, and crash games. All games are operated under fair play principles.

• Once a bet or game round has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes any inconsistency in a game result, u365 will investigate and make the necessary correction.

7.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers various markets such as match result, run/wicket totals, handicap, and more. Betting odds may change over time, and rapid changes in in-play markets are normal.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are conducted in real time. In the event of an internet disconnection or technical issue, u365 will determine the result based on recorded game logs.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u365 platform:

• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Any form of fraud, cheating, or money laundering activity.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Interfering with or hacking the platform's security systems.
• Spreading false information with the intent to mislead or harm other members.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by u365

u365 may temporarily or permanently close any account in cases of Terms violations, suspicious activity, or failure to cooperate with the verification process. u365 will generally notify the member before taking such action, but in urgent situations immediate action may be taken.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance will be given before the account is closed, however bonus balances may not be withdrawable.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

How your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. u365 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.

• Your information is not sold to any third party.
• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

u365 provides its services on an "as is" basis. u365 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to an internet disconnection or technical issue.
• If a transaction is delayed or encounters problems due to a third-party payment processor.
• If any loss occurs as a result of your account information being disclosed to another person.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

In any case, u365's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

12. Changes & Amendments

u365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
